1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Find Yourself!, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Find Yourself!. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information in your profile and to not impersonate others. One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post photos that are not of yourself, or that contain nudity, violence, or illegal content
- Send spam, commercial messages, or solicitations
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the app by automated means
- Circumvent the one-message rule or other app mechanics
5. Content
You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the app to other users, as needed to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. The One-Message Rule
When you like another user, you may send them one introductory message. The recipient may choose to reply (opening the conversation) or ignore the message. You may not send additional messages until the recipient engages. This feature is central to the respectful design of our platform.
7. Safety & Reporting
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please use the report function in the app. We review all reports and may take action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans. We encourage users to meet in public places and to trust their instincts regarding personal safety.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Find Yourself! app, brand, design, and underlying technology are owned by IbiPoint Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
10. Disclaimer
Find Yourself! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the app. We are not responsible for the behavior of other users. Use the app at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IbiPoint Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero, since the app is free).
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
