Find Yourself! is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for any form of abuse, exploitation, or harmful behavior on our platform.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Find Yourself! maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes but is not limited to:
- Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Grooming behavior or solicitation of minors
- Any content that sexualizes minors
- Sextortion or coercion involving minors
- Trafficking of minors
Age Requirement
Find Yourself! is strictly for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts. If we discover that a user is under 17, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated data permanently deleted.
Detection and Prevention
We employ the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:
- Age verification during account registration
- User reporting mechanisms accessible from every profile and conversation
- Review of all user reports within 24 hours
- Immediate removal of any content that violates this policy
- Permanent ban of accounts found to violate this policy
- Cooperation with law enforcement agencies when illegal activity is identified
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior that may constitute child exploitation or abuse:
- In the app: Use the report function available on every user profile
- By email: Contact us immediately at [email protected] with subject line "CSAE Report"
- Law enforcement: If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first
- NCMEC: Reports can also be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at missingkids.org or 1-800-843-5678
Enforcement
Violations of this policy result in:
- Immediate account termination without warning
- Permanent ban from all Find Yourself! services
- Preservation of evidence and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law
Content Moderation
All reported content is reviewed by our team. We maintain logs of all reports and actions taken. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and legal processes related to child safety.
